Ask The Expert- Need more articulation

I have a 3" lift with Bilstein 5100's and a 3/4" spacer. 35" BFG's on a 2014 JKU. My jeep still doesn't articulate like I would like it to. What else Donau need to add to max my articulation?

What all came with your lift? And whose is it? How much bump stop are you using? Are you running a. Flat fender? Limiting straps?

Just few more things that would help figure out what's going on.

As Pthorpe84 is saying there is a lot that can affect available travel. If you are running 35's, stock fenders and the 2-3" lift application shocks you will be really limited. The shocks and amount of bump stop is going to leave you with about the same travel as a stock JK. Going to a longer shock can be an easy upgrade but you will want to make sure that the rest of the parts will support the travel.

Which 5100's do you have? You can easily run a 4-5" lift shock. Just make sure you have enough bumpstop to not over compress the shock.
