Auto manufacturers Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCA) and Peugeot S.A. (PSA Group) have joined forces by signing a binding Combination Agreement today providing for a 50-50 share merger where each will own half. I don't know how I feel about this....
I guess I can't feel too bad or skerd since the whole world knows that the Jeep brand is the cornerstone of any company that owns it.
