I've been a Jeep addict since I was a small child and have personally owned 2 CJ7's, 2 TJ's, and am on my 2nd ZJ. When I built this one, I learned from past experience and built it right the first time.

I custom designed and built the 6" long arm lift with a wheelbase stretch to 110". Engine is a 5.2L with cold air intake, Eddelbrock headers, 3" tubing all the way back, high flow cat, Aero 3030 Muffler. Trans is stock. Tcase is a custom built STaK Replace a Case 300 (2.62:1 low range), twin stick'd, JB Conversions 32 spline rear output and a Behemoth Drivetrain Super Short doubler case (2.72:1 low range) which gives me a 7.13:1 final low ratio. 1350 driveshaft. Rear axle is a Full width, FF Dana 60, 4.56 gears, Detroit locker, triangulated truss, and disc brakes. Front axle is a full width D60, 4.56 gears, Spartan locker, home built high steer, Yukon lockout hubs, working in hydro assist steering. Wheels are Dodge take offs powder coated black with 37x12.50 R17 Nitto's. This Jeep flat out works and is so much fun.

Thanks man. It flexes really well. I still need to clearance my rear wheel wells a bit more though. The tires aren't happy at full stuff.

Sweet Jeep! Welcome to the forum. Where did you get the rims from?
Thanks. The rims are factory Dodge Aluminum wheels. I powder coated them.
Beware though, they will not fit over a front Ford hub. You either need to run a spacer, or machine either the wheel out or hub down a bit.

I know. It's the worst sound especially on new tires.

Unfortunately, I've cut the body out as far as I can already. Now I have enlarge the wheel wells. I need to get my welder wired up so I can tackle a few more projects.

When I built the lift, I stretched the rear axle back 4" and the front forward 2". Had I not done that I'd probably wouldn't rub at all, but I love the wheel base and just have to do more mods.
