Gas cap security

So what does everyone do for gas security. Locking gas cap? Locking fuel door? Which ones do you like? They all look like pretty cheap and useless junk, BUT, I would like something.

Keep my Jeep on empty!
I had a locking gas cap years ago. When I left the key at home, and almost out of gas way away from home, the local auto parts store guy told me about using a screw driver to lock in the cap, and then it would turn to open. Took just about the same amount of time to open it that way as using the key.
Since then, I just don't use anything.
I know gas is expensive, and just figure I would not want to have to replace a cap if someone really wanted my gas.

End of the day, they are only going to keep the honest person out.

I'll try to find which one I bought but the lock ended up seizing on me, the key broke off on the inside and I had to use a flat head screw driver to force the lock open. Good thing I had the screw driver or I would have been stuck at that gas station for a while on a road trip.

I have not replaced it since, I just removed the lock arm behind the door.

Pretty sure this is the one I bought. Would NOT recommend.

I had the whole thing changed to a door and a lock on it but with the great canadian winters here it went from being black mate to almost white in a year and the lock just wouldnt work properly so i reverted back to the original no lock...w/e man if someone is poor enough to steal my gas than have at it .
