Slight vibration

I just went to 37's ko2 a few months ago. The first day I had them no problems and the ride was awesome. After that I started to feel a little vibration in the seat and wheel, took it back to Discount tire and had them re-balanced, took it for a ride and it didn't go away. I went through the jeep inspecting and checking every bolt I could and everything was tight so we thought it had to be the wheels them self. Discount put new ones on this past Friday and I still have the vibration in the wheel. You can really feel it at 40 and above. Ball Joints, drive shafts, seals are all new or within a year. Looking for some ideas on what it can be.

Do you feel the vibration more when accelerating or decelerating? Also did you check all your U-Joints?

Hell you may have just thrown a weight.

It was always there between 40-60 and I did feel it more coming off the gas. The front shaft is in the shop and should get it back Tuesday and I’ll know more then. It wasn’t a weight since I had Discount Tire balance them 3 different times and on the 4th they replace the tires all together and they balanced out with great numbers.

Does the new set of tires have it resolved? We'll be working on buddy's JK soon after we finished installing the suspension from 4Wheelonline onto the truck. He's looking at KO2 and ridge grappler.

Fred, both of my 1 year old Adams driveshafts were badly out of balance. I didn't think it would be them since they were 1 yr old but I was wrong. As for my KO2 i love them. I do a lot of traveling to and from work and they are quite and great on wet roads. As for off roads they handle anything Florida can throw at them. Def happy with them!

Great to hear the issue was resolved. My buddy is leaning towards KO2.
