Ask The Expert- MC Stinger installation tips?

Anyone have installation tips for the MetalCloak stinger? I didn’t see any directions on the website, and it didn’t ship with any. The bolt holes weren’t lining up on my first attempt late this evening. I started with the back bottom bolts, but fear I started a cross-thread on one. Figured I check here, and try again after a night’s rest.

Chased the threads on the back bottom with a 1/2”-13 tap, then checked the bolts would thread. That worked.
