JK Heat Evacuation Hoods

i am wondering if anyone has experience with the key parts cowl induction hood for jk's. I have looked all over doing research of different hood venting techniques and i have decided that this one might fit my visual/useful scale perfectly. the only other hood vent i would consider is the Daystar cowl but i really think it looks a bit out of place on a black hood.

if anyone has expierence with the key parts hood, please let me know. if you have any thoughts, for or against it, i would like to consider your opinion.

thank you!

I ve seen the dv8 hood in person looks good but the engine cover rubs the hood on the driver side. I like the look of that key parts hood tho i think it would let more heat out than the dv8 one. 👍🏻

I will be honest I have never seen that hood. I know many folks that have the poison spider option and it does great in reducing heat. I will have to check out the Key product.

I just googled it and I've seen way worse, in fact this one doesn't look too bad. Looks like it might be nice if you life in a real wet area and were concerned about the amount of water getting in your engine compartment.

That being said I'm a big fan of my Poison Spider hood. Easy install and it works wonderfully out here in sunny and (typically) dry SoCal.
