Awesome. I am literally right down the road in Knoxville off of Hardin Valley. Hit me up sometime and we can go wheel.I live in Maryville TN, but I just moved here so I am still getting my bearings. I've been to Windrock so far.
So that means we are going riding this weekend lolNew Metalcloak tierod and draglink install today.
Man its always something. Good luck with the assembly. Let know if you need any help.lol nope! I took it for a drive and ... Death Wobble! Dammit. I have new Ball joints coming, should be here Saturday. I already have the axles out. Knuckles coming off tonight.
Which ball joint did you go with?Time consuming mostly. It's not technically difficult. Hardest part is getting the old joints out! I just wish I would have planned to change them when I had the suspention taken appart for the lift install. I was hoping I would be able to get a few months out of them, but it is 9 years old, so I guess I should have anticipated. To Pthorpe's point, it is always something!
I was going to go cheap at first and just try to get done with this build without hemorrhaging more cash. But the more I researched the more I read to just get the Dynatrac Prosteer, so that's what I did. Being able to rebuild them and not have to remove them to do it was too enticing.Which ball joint did you go with?
