Has anyone added a back up camera to their RHB Factory DVD head unit? If so can you tell me how you got it to wire up to the head units display? Thanks in advance.

I did it right after I bought my JK and have gotten my money’s worth. Getting the dealership to enable it was the priciest part of mine ($160/hour). There may be new tech out there to open it up more and without the dealership visit.

I followed this walkthrough -

I've run a couple of wires from under my driver seat, then under the middle console and under the plastic trim around the shifter, then up behind the lower part of the dash below the climate control. From there I was able to angle and grab them when I took out the glove box and pull and push them to where I wanted.

All of this of course was done by taking out both driver and passenger seats, then taking out the screws for the center console and taking off the drivers side of the dash (which includes around the radio) and the lower dash. It's been a while since I've done it but it's actually not a huge pain in the ass.
