It’s been weird here in Knoxville. All business’ are shut down except for essentials. Everyone is on pins and needles it seems like. Worst part is that is beautiful out and your still isolated to yourself in a way. Even going out and hitting a trail or two it’s different. I have been use to being needed on a daily basis with my job. No I sit at home and twiddle my thumbs. Just ready to get back on the road and work, socialize, feel normal. It’s Friday, and I won’t be hanging out at the Jeep shop this evening....sucks

I work in a hospital in Canada. Cancer clinic area. We have had a couple people come in and got tested and were positive. Some lie so they can get their treatment or get into the hospital for other appointments. We have masks, but the co ordinators are rationing them. Some workers are worried, paranoid. I’m not scared just because I usually wash my hands etc anyway. Still being careful, and hopefully things get better soon.

Thank you for what you do. God knows we are in need of all the healthy medical professionals we can get in some areas of the US.

It's been really weird to say the least out here in the Bay Area. Most of March was crazy busy for me since I work at a large medical group here in Oakland and I'm part of the team that is helping the docs get ready to do video visits as we were/are cancelling all but the most urgent patient visits. Now, it's crazy quite and it's really weird. Luckily I'll be on week #3 of working from home (4 out of the 5 days) and I'm liking it. We have Covid-19 patients but we aren't overflowing or running out of PPE's. The hospitals are pretty empty and not that many folks were in line to get the test as of yesterday.
Most of the stores are closed but the food places are open as with gas stations, the Lowes (though I found that the smaller mom & pop Asian/Indian markets have tons of rice, flour and other stuff, so no shortages). There's people driving around but no one is getting pulled over or ticketed.
Though on the bright side, now I can address all of the small projects that I was going to do either on the house or the Jeep &/or the FJ, so there's that.

I got word on Friday one of best friends got laid off due to this whole thing. Really put into perspective that I could be jobless at anytime. Scary to think that. So far so good for us, but it is a wake up call.

I'm over it.....At this point I'm hitting the roads again with my job. I honestly feel that as long as I practice distancing as much as possible and stay sanitary things will be fine. Absolutely sick of the media feeding the fear. Things are getting better. Time to get our economy better by getting back to work. Just my $0.02

I’ve been running the roads for work and just using a good dose of common sense. I think that will keep everyone on the right track.

Working 1 week on 1 week off till further notice. Using my time to catch up on needed maintenance and sprucing up my Jeep. What really irritates me is fuel costs are way down but can't take advantage of it and put miles on the trails.

I have been back on the road for about 8 weeks now. Logging between 1500 and 2000 miles per week in FL, GA, TN, and AL. Still alive and haven't turned to into a zombie. I have noticed folks are getting more and more use to being around folks over the last couple weeks.

Just found out that me and my team will continue to work from home, which is pretty cool. And was nice since near my building, is was a gathering point for some of the demonstrations, so I told my staff to stay home.

extremely affected by it. Work in the oilfield and between the Russians and Saudi's bickering and the lack of demand due to covid, was laid off in may and won't be going back to work until September at the earliest.
