This can be treated as an off topic but I chose this Jeep Wrangler JL instead.

My son I are starting to like trail riding with our entry-level MTBs. And due to pandemic, we just want to ride at the trail itself, and not to travel from house to point b.

I'm planning to buy quality bike rack. Yesterday I prospected this item but uncertain for it's price https://www.mopargenuineparts.com/sku/tcfkm526ab.html. 2 for 2 bikes.

OR maybe it's more practical if I buy hitch mounted that can hold 2 bikes?

I wish I was. My body could use some exercise. When we were riding bikes, we used a hitch set up on the Jeep. Worked well
