Yah the spring would start rubbing on the rear track bar it was mainly on the passenger side spring. Its because when u lift the jeep the lower spring perches angle goes down lets the spring bow out towards the rear of the jeep. Those retainers fix the angle and makes the springs stay strieght and also holds the spring down.

If you set your suspension arm lengths as indicated in the instructions your caster should be pretty close (alignment shop said took minimal adjustment). As for the track bar; pick reference points and measure both sides before tear down. You will need to set the track bar with suspension loaded so put it together, set it on the ground, measure, calculate change needed, unbolt track bar and adjust, repeat.

Lift is on. Still need to replace the brake lines, although I already had extended lines and figure it would be good to replace them since I have new ones in hand.

Install went fairly easy and I’m excited with the results.

So I’ve already put about 200 miles on the lift now and geez am I blown away at the difference in ride. It is so much better than how it was before.

I also did the alignments myself and had them checked at a shop. There weren’t any adjustments required, so thank you Metalcloak on making a product that is easy to install and adjust!
