01 Metal Cloak XJ !

I have been slowly building an 01 XJ and I am trying to use as much Metal Cloak as I can. The reason is , after building multiple Jeeps, I am tired of noise clunky harsh metal joints. I love the Duroflex joints. The Duroflex joints self center reduce vibration eliminate constant maintenance all at no cost to off-road performance or flex.

Suspension so far. Metal Cloak Lock-n-Load TJ long arms. Metal Cloak TJ 6in Front True Dual Rate Coils. Clayton 3 piece cross-member Bilstein 5100 shocks.
As for the rear, Old Man Emu 3 inch medium duty springs. and Iron Man 4x4 fab shackles and shackle relocation brackets.

Engine work. For the engine, I used a 4.7 stroker kit from titan engines to get started. I had the machine work done at a local shop including a 60 over boar and decking an matching an the new pro max head that I ordered from Quadratec. I also added a an aluminum valve cover to spice it up a bit . I fave an AFE intake and Banks torque tube heddars and banks monster exhaust. Also, I did the Bosh 4 hole injector upgrade. I swapped the alternator to a 220 amp and that took a little grinding on the alternator bracket.

It was hard to set up a ram on an XJ y link steering. I used a curry y link and a full PSC system. I think a crossover steering is in the future.

To get the reservoir where I wanted it, above the pump, I had to make a custom bracket an trim my inner fender a bit. Here It just clears the hood and is mounted to the Hydro booster like a JK kit.

I stripped out the interior and added a layer of dynamat then dynaliner and an extra layer of dynapad in the floor. I used Dynamat Extreme, 1/2 inch Dynaliner everywhere it would fit, 18 inch in the doors and hatch.

Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem but I can't see any of the pictures that you've tried to post.
