On Friday some Docs are looking at my insides from the wrong end if you know what I mean…I’ve got to take two laxative potions; one at 08:00 and one at 20:00 tomorrow, but I’ve got an offer to go riding. Will I s***t my brains out in the morning and then be fine for the day, or do I need to stay within sprinting distance of a loo? :devil:

I walked into work this morning at 7am.... Been in the crapper until now. I took the first pill on the ride to work and with a small cup of coffee, stuff is moving. WOW.

Well, so far I have managed to send 2 people home because they cannot stand the smell wafting out of the restroom. I think I lost 10 pounds, not that I needed it. So sexy.
