4 Low would be your friend with that setup. LOL...Regear. I am on 37’s and 4:10’s. Even that is painful around town. You can wheel with it, but it’s still tough.

I have 4:10’s and 37’s and it’s a freaking slug. I honestly don’t know how you do the 40’s with 4:88’s....unless your running 500 hp.4:56
I have 4:88s with my 40"s and that would be about the same.
When I was running 37"s I had 4:10s, I use to thing I `would like to have 4:56's
Two of our clubs sponsors in HSV are running special ranging from 1400-1650 Also saw a shop near Nashville advertising $1500. Otherwise I was getting quotes of 1800-1900.Anyone had gears done lately? Curious on how much it’s running.

That is what I’m running with my 4:10’s in 5th gear at 70. It is not fun.My sons Jeep is a 14 JK 3.6l auto trans with 5.13 gears and BFG 37” tires. It’s way too much IMO. Maybe good for more mountainous terrain but here at 70mph it’s turning almost 3k RPM. Swapping them out for 4.56 gears in the next few weeks.
Yea, it’s a Rubi. Only has 16k miles on it.That is what I’m running with my 4:10’s in 5th gear at 70. It is not fun.
Is your sons a rubi? May be interested in picking up the gears.
