If I lift my 2008 JK now and then upgrade from a 30 to a 44 front end will I end up needing to replace some or all of the lift components ?

Nope. Just pull the axle and bolt up all the existing linkage to your new axle. Same if you went to a Dana 60

I actually just started a thread yesterday where I swapped a Rubicon 44 into my Sport, which was already running a MC kit when i did it. The axle was a direct bolt in a no parts had to be replaced when doing it.

When I bought the Currie F-9 rear end for my Jeep, it was a direct bolt in assembly.
Most axle companies make a direct bolt in application.

Same here, Rubi front and rear with lockers into a sport. Went with a MC GC 3.5 to run 37's, only took a couple days to install lift and axles.
