I'm leaning towards an OX Locker for my build, probably with an electronic actuator. I like the idea of a cable instead of an air line or wire. The OX also comes with a "drive away" plug that you can use if the cable fails.

I have that dream! My current Jeep is an 02 sport with baby 30/35 axles. I decided I definitely need to upgrade. My thinking was that I could save up and buy Ruby axles, but then I would want to truss and regear them and still only have Dana 44's. I figured I may as well just go to tons instead...

I agree with those who put lockers further down their list. I've done most of the same obstacles as my buddies on my baby 30/35 axles without lockers. They seem to keep breaking something with their locked 44's. I know my time is coming tho. My top 5 would be lift, tires, winch, steering, cooler!

My wife has basically told me I have to get a cage. She is large chested( lucky me!) and hates the way the seatbelts sit. She wants me to get a harness for her. If I get a harness, I'll have to get a cage to tie into (y)

I wave at all Wranglers, even the snobby JK's. There is a lady who I pass by almost every day from work. I would wave and she would just stare, so I started blowing kisses and now she waves lol.

I have had the Amazon cheapies for about 6months and love them. I work the night shift and they are a huge improvement over the stock candles. If you go with Amazon, be sure to find ones with a lot of positive reviews. I could have bought slightly cheaper ones but I didn't trust the few reviews

I've been doing some research as well into lockers and I'm also sold on an OX upfront. I've also read a fair bit on Detroit style lockers are finicky in the rear of short wheelbase vehicles like our jeeps. Saying that tho I still plan on putting one in my jeep. I'm putting one tons under my jeep...
